Charlie Doriguzzi's relationship with IFG started from its inception with Advanced Markets and Annuities. He began offering Medicare and Final Expense products as the need increased with his growing senior client base. "There's not a senior out there that doesn't want to know about Medicare. So, you have to know about Medicare." Charlie shared.

Charlie is excited about the growing number of agents selling Medicare in 2023. He sees this as an opportunity to cross-sell and offer a more comprehensive financial plan with advanced market products. "Most Medicare agents now dabble in life insurance and final expense insurance. Unfortunately, many missed opportunities exist because most Medicare agents have not received proper training in Advance Markets."

Today, Charlie is looking at his business from a management perspective. His phone is constantly ringing, and he wants agents willing to learn his system. Charlie shares, "I need that person that wants, that's hungry, that's got the fire, the desire, that wants to run hard, that wants to change their future, that's what I'm looking for. I want to feel that fire. I want them to motivate me."

Charlie's goal is to reach as many seniors as possible. "Direct mail is still king," said Charlie. "Believe in yourself enough to invest in yourself, plain and simple." But, he added, "so, what are you doing in January to take your business to the next level?"
