Chris Smith, the founder of the Loyal Insurance Group, has been specializing in Final Expense Life Insurance for a decade. With agents in Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Tennessee, Chris's team works tirelessly to provide the best options for coverage and ongoing customer service to his clients and families.

His agents are committed to helping their clients find the right products at the lowest rates. Filmed in the IFG podcast studio, the two colleagues discuss the challenges of building a high-performing agency and growing a team.

Chris strongly advises his agents not to slow down their production too early. "Keep selling as much as possible in the first two years to ensure you have the cushion needed for what's inevitable."
