EJ's message to agents is you have to be ready. His totals were individually impressive, with 179 total/160 MAPD. However, he felt there was still more left on the table. Then, just before AEP started, EJ had a life-changing event that hit home with the importance of authenticity as an agent. The products we sell benefit the people we serve.

Innovative Financial Group's focus is on expansion. IFG's CEO, Tyler Rees sets the mark high at 300,000 apps for the next AEP. EJ feels there is a clear path on how to get there.
