This certification is required for agents participating in the Healthcare Begins Here in-store Medicare enrollment program in collaboration with Innovative Financial Group (IFG) and Walmart.
Before conducting any in-store enrollment activity, all agents must:
✅ Review and acknowledge the Code of Conduct
✅ Review the Readiness Training materials
✅ Successfully complete the Certification Knowledge Check with a score of 80% or higher
✅ Receive a Certificate of Completion
